1.
Pressure on the unloader line forces the
piston (green) past the
drain port, sealing the water collection reservoir from
the atmosphere.
2. As the
piston moves forward, being forced by the
pilot signal air (red), the stainless
steel ball check (purple)
is opened, permitting condensation
and oil (light blue) to be forced up into the
stainless steel reservoir.
3. This compresses the air
in the top of the reservoir to system pressure.
4. As the pilot signal
valve returns to zero, the piston
returns, closing the system from the atmosphere.
5. When the
piston returns to the
original position, the drain port is opened, allowing
the accumulated condensate and oil
to be expelled. |
